Unfortunately, the Dental Therapy mobile is closed due to staffing shortages.  We hope to re-open the van in Mount Barker later this year.  Spencer Park Dental therapy will see your child if any Dental Emergencies occur during this closure.  What is a Dental emergency?  Severe toothache, facial swelling or significant dental trauma.  You can call us on 9841 3967 if needed, we do not have reception staff so leave a message or email us at spencerparkdtc@health.wa.gov.au and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Enrolment forms for the Dental van will soon be issued to your child if he/she has recently changed schools or enrolled in Pre-Primary, please return the forms to your school by Monday 3^rd April if you wish to use our service.   

When the Dental van is back in operation appointments will be sent to home addresses.  If you have recently moved you can email MTBARKERMOBILE@health.wa.gov.au to update your details.  Many appointments are returned due to incorrect addresses, this means your child misses out on their dental visit.  If you no longer intend to use our service please let us know as soon as possible as your valuable appointment could be taken up by someone else.
