Did you know…?

*Our calendar is up to date with what we currently have booked for the whole year.  As further dates become available we will add them – class plays, class meetings, excursions, camps and the like.

*Our calendar is live!  As soon as we add an event it updates in the calendar on the app.

*For those who choose to receive the newsletter via email rather than the app, you can still get to the calendar by clicking on the calendar link in the banner at the top of the email.

*You can filter the calendar to include only the events relevant to your family.

*You can print the calendar for a specified date range or for the term, should you want a hardcopy for the fridge.  There is a print icon on the right of the calendar that will create a PDF document for printing.  If you do not have the facilities at home for printing, drop into the office and we can print what you require.

*For those not using the app, did you know that you are missing out on the ability to send absentee notifications to the office direct from your phone, sign permission forms and return them at a few taps, sync calendar events to your phone calendar and complete your Parent Participation Hours form (coming soon) all from the comfort of home?

*The app is free to download, secure and a fantastic one stop shop for communications in relation to the school.

* The school is charged for texts sent through the office database system but we can message the whole school or classes or individuals, directly from the app at no charge.  The most recent message appears above the icons on the home page and all messages can be found by clicking on the feed button.  No more scrolling through facebook for that elusive post or searching emails for the school one that had all the info you wanted.

*Clicking on the Schoolzine App button in the menu at the top of your emailed newsletter will give you the instructions for how to download the app to apple and android phones.
