Behind you, all your memories.
Before you, all your dreams.
Around you, all who love you.
Wintin you, all you need.
Dear GHSS Families,
Here we are in the last week of Term 4, a time to reflect on the year and what a rollercoaster it has been.
Thank you to all of you who joined us for the Christmas Concert on Friday. It was lovely to gather together in the warm weather beneath the trees and enjoy the perfomances of the children and singing together to round out the year.
We have our K-6 Stepping Stones and Class Six graduations happening this week. Due to the current restrictions for events, we are unable to have all families join us. I am sure that the whole community joins me in acknowleding the children on reaching their milestones.
We look forward to welcoming the K6 children to Class 1 with their teacher, Mel Trenow, in the Rose Ceremony on the first day of school next year.
To our graduating Class 6 students, it will be an honour to wish you a fond farewell on Thursday morning. We wish you all the very best on your path to high school. We are proud to have you represent Golden Hill and Steiner education on your continuing journey.
As this is our last newsletter for the year, I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our Golden Hill families a joyous Christmas and safe and relaxing summer break. I look forward to welcoming you all back to school at our Busy Bee on Saturday January 30th and with the children on Monday, February 1st for our Rose Ceremony.
Warm regards,
Jacqui Hamblin
